A 19-year-old man charged with aggravated assault and aggravated menacing in connection with allowing his dog to attack his neighbor pleaded guilty in court Monday.

Officials said Jacob Vigansky went to his home after growing angry with his neighbors when he asked them to keep the noise down at about 1:30 a.m. Oct. 20.

He held the dog up on her hind legs, shaking the dog until she became agitated and told the dog to sic the neighbor's girlfriend. The dog, named Princess, attacked the neighbors.
