CLEVELAND -- Cleveland police are looking for two people in connection with a home invasion, stolen car and identity theft.

Police said pictures of two men using stolen credit cards were captured on security cameras at the Circle K gas station on West 140th Street and Triskett.

The credit cards were stolen when two men invaded a woman's home on Birchwood Avenue on Cleveland's west side while the woman was sleeping.

The burglars also stole the woman's car and used her credit cards.
