LAKEWOOD, Ohio -- Preliminary findings by the coroner indicates that a 25-year-old woman whose body was found in a home on Winton Avenue in Lakewood died due to an accidental overdose.Shannon Uhl's brother found her body.She gave birth two weeks ago.
