WILLOWICK, Ohio -- People in Willowick now have a limit on the number of pets that they can own.City Council voted Tuesday to pass a limit on five pets per household.The issue came up after a fire at one home revealed that the resident had 50 cats.Council admits that enforcing the ordinance will be hard.
