HAMILTON COUNTY, Ohio -- A credit card compan sent a southwest Ohio family an offer in the mail for their cat. The Hamilton County family received a credit card offer from Bank of America addressed to Joseph Thieman. It offered a credit line of up to $100,000. Joseph is a 14-month-old cat.
