Woman Surrenders In Connection With East-Side Fire

The girlfriend of a man found dead after a house fire surrendered to police Friday morning.

The fire broke out at about 4:30 a.m at 3513 Capers Avenue in Cleveland.

Nate Frazier, 28, was found dead as a result of undetermined means, police said.

Officials added that witnesses said Frazier was involved in a dispute with his girlfriend. She has been identified as Tiani Williams. Witness said they heard screaming before Williams left the home. They soon noticed the home was engulfed in flames.
