POSTED: 2:18 pm EDT April 23, 2008

(Sports Network) - Former Michigan offensive lineman Justin Boren, apparently upset with new head coach Rich Rodriguez and his staff, has reportedly decided to transfer to the Wolverines' most bitter rival -- Ohio State.

The Columbus Dispatch reported Wednesday that Boren, a sophomore starter for Michigan last season, left the team last month intends to play for Ohio State in 2009, after sitting out 2008 because of NCAA transfer rules.

Boren, who went to high school in a Columbus suburb, will have to pay for his tuition at Ohio State, as Big Ten transfer rules prevent him from earning a scholarship with the Buckeyes.
