Clarksville, TN -- (Sports Network) - Steven Coleman racked up 21 points and 10 rebounds to lead the Ohio University Bobcats to a 79-68 victory over the Austin Peay Governors in non-conference action. Jerome Tillman added 19 points and 14 rebounds for Ohio University (2-0), which got 17 points from Tommy Freeman. Drake Reed tallied 20 points, 12 rebounds and five assists in the loss for Austin Peay (1-2). Wes Channels added 17 points for the Governors, who got 13 points from Kyle Duncan before he fouled out of the game. Ohio shot just 33.3 percent from the floor in the first half, allowing Austin Peay to hold a 28-25 lead at intermission. Over the final 20 minutes, the Bobcats were able to fight back for a double- digit victory with 58.3 percent shooting from the field and 21 points from the charity stripe. The fact that Ohio outscored Austin Peay by 15 points from the charity stripe in the clash played a major role in the win.
