AKRON, Ohio -- AirTran Airways is cutting employees pay by an average of 10 percent.The airline's CEO sent an internal memo to employees saying the high cost of oil poses a serious threat to the company's future and more cutbacks may be necessary.AirTran Airways is a low-cost carrier, with a lot of flights in and out of the Akron-Canton Airport.
