JACKSON TOWNSHIP, Ohio -- Scam artists are showing total disregard for human suffering by trying to mislead residents who were victims of a recent F-2 tornado that ripped through Stark County, NewsChannel5 reported.
Nate Pope, a homeowner, said that several people stopped by his home saying that he had damage, but after the home was inspected it was determined that it didn't. "It was just a lot of debris," he said.At 2:30 p.m., Gov. Bob Taft is expected to tour the scene of where the tornado touched down.
